As a Kion Customer Success Specialist you will be responsible for attending to customer inquiries across multiple channels from phone, chat, email, and social media, providing everything from in-depth product knowledge and recommendations to maintenance of orders, and resolution of technical issues. In addition, you will be responsible for conducting active sales outreach to existing customers promoting subscription services.
